THE PROPERTY
Trullo Nella Pineta is a beautiful rental property in the south of Italy - nestled inside the Puglian country side. A three bedroom house, with three bathrooms, a newly built kitchen and lots of social areas both internal and external overlooking the lovely 4 x 8 m private saltwater pool.
The house is semi-detached, but no areas are shared with any other guests - this is the perfect, quiet place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends!
BEDRooms
Il trullo
Fit for two, the Il Trullo bedroom has a king size bed, that converts into two singles. An open closet with a lots of shelfs, a lounge daybed and air condition.
Il Trullo is connected by a small staircase down to the living room, with two sofas that can convert into two single beds.
Next to the living room there is a newly renovated bathroom with WC and a shower.
So this can convert into a great family room!
La Torretta
La Torretta bedroom has a separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The bed is king size and the room is equipped with air condition. Complimentary Scandinavian spa products is included for all our guests.
La Cantina
The third bedroom La Cantina also has an separate entrance, ensuite toilet and a lovely outside shower. The bed is a queen size and the room is equipped with AC.

Low season/ maY, JUNE, SEPtember & october / €550 / Night (MInimum stay 3 nights)
From the 1st of May until 30st of June and the 1st of September until we close in mid October, the rental per night is 550 euro, and the minimum stay is 3 nights. The house can accommodate up to 8 persons.
high season / July 1 - august 31,/ €650 / NIGHT(minimum stay 7 nights)
During high season, the nightly rate is 650 euro per night and the minimum stay is 7 nights. The house accommodates up to 8 persons.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival you’ll get a 100% refund. 29-14 days prior to your arrival, we will refund you 50 %. A cancellation less than two weeks prior to you're arrival is unfortunately not refundable.
